Normal scouring pads are made of plastic that leaches plastic into our waterways which can't be removed.
We don't need to be a part of that problem though! These scouring pads are 100% biodegradable, harvested from waste coconut husks (a byproduct), and natural rubber latex.
They are tough, guarenteed to last just as long as conventional pads, and are scratch free.

Traditional sponges are made from plastic and chemicals. This can include triclosan, which absorbs through your skin and is linked to health issues. It's also highly toxic to aquatic organisms and contaminates marine life ecosystems when washed down the drain.
In addition, plastic microfibers regularly fray from sponges and enter our oceans + water systems. It's one of the reasons humans consume a credit card worth of plastic every week.
Conventional scouring pads are also just made out of plastic, meaning they are petroleum based. Currently, 8-10% of our oil supply goes to making plastic products.
So far, ZWC has planted 300,000+ trees, and offset 300,000+ plastic products in their mission to making zero waste living available in all corners of the world.
