Shipping Policy
If an order is placed on a weekday (but before Friday afternoon) it will be packed up and shipped within 24 hours. However, if an order is placed on a Friday afternoon, or the weekend, it will be shipped out on the following Monday. Our warehouse is closed on the weekends to give our workers ample time off.
After shipment, orders usually take 2-4 days to get to your doorstep. However, in rare cases it may take up to 7 days.
Please note that Ecoternatives currently only ships goods to the US, UK, and Canada.
Return Policy
Ecoternatives provides a 30-day hassle-free return window on all products, beginning from the package arrival date. However, if for whatever reason, an item doesn't meet your expectations, our Happiness Guarantee ensures you'll get a full refund for that item without having to initiate a return.
