Ecoternatives ships out all orders within 24 hours of receiving the order. After this time, please allow 2-5 days for the package to reach your doorstep. Please note, that as of now, Ecoternatives only ships goods within the US.
Return Policy
Customers may return any item they purchase within 30 days of arrival, as long as it has not been used or opened. Customers must purchase the return postage unless their product arrives damaged, or if they find it unsatisfactory.
